price revision
We have revised our plans to better contribute to customer growth while ensuring customer convenience and price transparency.
Please review the following information
- We have discontinued the "Entry Plan" (a plan that is charged in conjunction with StoreCRM sales). Customers are encouraged to switch to the Standard Plan or other plans.
- We have revised the price table for the Standard Plan (a plan that is charged in conjunction with the number of customers) (especially for large customers) to provide a lower price than the previous one. From the following month onward, customers whose customer numbers have changed will be billed at the new plan price. For more information, please visit the StoreCRM LP or the StoreCRM product plan page (Settings -> Select Billing Plan).
- We are now offering a new "Accompanying Plan" that includes a dedicated representative from our company. In addition to the 500$ plan available online, the 1000$ and 2000$ plans, which offer a higher level of support, are now also available.
- We have officially established a 30-day free-of-charge period. This is an easy-to-use and easy-to-implement format for many of our customers.
- We have prepared a support ticket purchase screen in the application that is easy to use when you make a production-related request to us.
