Important】In regards to the matter of not receiving the payment error mail

Some customers are not receiving the "Subscription payment failed" error message.

This issue will be corrected in the future, but until it is corrected, store owners can check for payment errors in the following ways


Check in [Contract Management] of Easy Subscription.

You can view customers with payment errors by sorting by "Simple Subscription" -> "Subscription Management" -> "Subscription Status" -> "Billing Failure".


2. go to [Order Management] in Shopify

You can also check for customers with payment errors in Shopify -> [Order Management].
