Restored] The creation time (transaction date) of some orders is shifted by one day.

We would like to thank you for your continued support of our applications.

With regard to the Accounting CSV function released on Wednesday, June 05, 2024, the creation date (transaction date) of some orders was shifted by one day.

This phenomenon has now been resolved.

1. accrual period

Wednesday, June 05, 2024 16:00 - Monday, August 05, 2024 15:00

2. eligible orders

Orders created between 00:00:00 and 08:59:59, regardless of date

3. causes and circumstances

The cause was that when exporting the order creation time retrieved from Shopify to CSV, the time in Japan Standard Time (JST) was converted to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) and output.

Due to the 9-hour time difference between Japan Standard Time (JST) and Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), where Japan Standard Time (JST) is ahead of Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), the order creation time retrieved from Shopify at the time of output was minus 9 hours, causing the date of the target order to be shifted forward one day. This caused the date of the order to be shifted forward by one day.

4. how to deal with it
