Restored] Regarding the phenomenon in which bookkeeping stops for "0 yen" orders

Since around 12:00 on February 01, 2024 (Thursday), there has been a phenomenon in which subsequent bookings have been stopped when there is a "0 yen" order.

This phenomenon has now been resolved.

2. causes and circumstances

Since around 12:00 on February 01, 2024 (Thursday), there has been a phenomenon in which subsequent bookings have been stopped when there is a "0 yen" order.

The cause of the error was that when the payment method was retrieved from Shopify, the "0 yen" order had no payment method information.

This phenomenon has already been resolved. However, since freee accounting itself is not capable of recording "0 yen", an error message "0 yen orders cannot be registered" will be generated for "0 yen" orders.

*This has been the specification for some time.

Customers with "0 yen" orders may not have been able to post their order information properly.
