Shipping charges and discounts can now be recorded.

Thank you for using the Shopify application developed by our company. We are pleased to inform you that based on feedback from our September 2, 2022 release, we have decided to recall the following features.

(Change #1) Shipping and discount charges can now be recorded.

There was a problem that shipping and discount fees were not recorded in the split ledger. We have corrected these two issues by enabling the setting of the account title for each item, and have made the necessary corrections so that they can be recorded.

*Configuration must be changed to reflect the change.

(Change #2) "Force bookkeeping setting" is now available for manual bookkeeping.

In order to prevent duplication, this system is designed to prevent the same Shopify transaction from being registered in accounting freee for the second and subsequent times.

This time, "Force Bookkeeping Settings" is added to the manual settings, and if this content is checked, it will be registered in the accounting freee for the second and subsequent times.

Customer Service

Customers who wish to include shipping and discount charges will need to take the following actions. (strongly recommended for transactions after September 2)

  1. Set up the shipping/discount fee from the administration screen.
  2. Delete transactions for the period to be reconfigured in accounting freee
  3. In this application, from the manual linkage tab, select the period to be re-set, turn on the "forced bookkeeping setting" check box, and then perform manual linkage.

We recommend that you check the duplicates in accounting freee after implementing this action to be sure.
