We are currently experiencing a problem in some stores where there are subscriptions where the scheduled order payment is failing within the contract details, but the order is actually being created. If you are experiencing this issue, the common error message for orders with failed payment is "Payment status was not in process (already processed or skipped). ." The error message is "The payment status was not in process (has already been processed or skipped).

If there is a scheduled order with a failed payment with the above error message, we would like to ask you to check the list of orders in Shopify and please note that the order may have been created.

We are currently confirming the cause of this issue and will report back as soon as the application is fixed.
