The scheduled regular release of StoreCRM is scheduled for Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 11:00 (Japan time).
This time, we plan to add and improve features that will be useful for delivery settings and operations, such as batch delivery of LINE campaigns, the option to exclude SKUs from the re-stock notification, and the ability to split scenarios by percentage.
The following are the main updates. Please note that the content may change depending on the verification status before release.
Feature additions and improvements
- Support for follow-up delivery for dropped items
For customers who haven't completed a purchase after adding items to their cart, we plan to follow up via email or LINE. This will address the cart abandonment scenario. - Improved the stability of the abandonment scenario
Regarding follow-up delivery to customers who did not purchase after viewing the product, we plan to revise the criteria for determining who is eligible and the delivery process to improve stability. - Support for high-speed delivery (multicast) of LINE campaigns
It supports multicast for sending the same content to multiple customers at once, and is planned to speed up the delivery of LINE campaigns. Bulk delivery does not allow for individual click identification. The default setting is OFF, and regular individual delivery can still be used. - To make the re-stock notification unavailable per SKU
We plan to select the items based on their product name, variant name, and SKU, and exclude them from the email and LINE notification of re-stocking. Even if they are not included, existing requests for re-stocking will remain valid, and if you uncheck the option, they will be added to the list again and the notification will be sent again. - So that the branch ratio of the scenario can be set to 1 to 99%.
In the scenario conditional branching, it is planned to be able to specify the percentage of progression to the YES side in integers from 1 to 99%. This can be used for operations that divide the groups that are delivered and the groups that are not delivered, such as 90% and 10%, and the same customers are assigned to the same group with the same branch in the same scenario. - Enable the automatic deactivation of bounce block customer email marketing permissions
We plan to add a setting that automatically deactivates email marketing permissions for customers whose days have passed since the set number of days after the bounce block and who have not opened or placed an order within the set period. The initial setting is OFF, and the LINE integration status will not be changed. Customers who are connected to LINE will remain active customers even after the deactivation. - Make it possible to edit the text to be copied in LINE's "Easy Editing"
We plan to make the wording that is copied when you tap the buttons such as coupons available for confirmation and modification from "Easy Editing". You can edit the text displayed on the screen and the wording that is copied respectively. - Improved delivery of campaign scenarios
We will review the preparation for email and LINE delivery and the execution of scenarios, and plan to improve the processing efficiency and stability when delivering to more customers.
