We will release a scheduled update for StoreCRM starting on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
In this release, we will make functional improvements and bug fixes for features such as email composition, template tags, member registration flows, campaign settings, customer CSVs, and delivery reports.
Feature additions and improvements
- Display the pre-discount price and current price in the product email block
We have enabled the display of both the original price and the current price in the Shopify product, multi-product, collection, and recommendation blocks. - Make Shopify collection product buttons selectable between show and hide
We have made it possible to hide only the button to proceed to the product page while keeping the product images and product names in the email. - Supports variation display with item names
We have added tags that combine Shopify variation option names and selected values, such as "Size: 1 / Color: Black", so they can be displayed in email bodies, subject lines, and LINE messages. - Improve customer integration registered from restock notifications
We have made it easier to consistently manage customer information on StoreCRM and Shopify's marketing consent status for users who registered for restock notifications while not logged in. - Added a setting to return to the originating store page after membership registration or login
After completing the customer information acquisition flow during member registration, we have made it possible to select the action to return to the product page or other pages that were being viewed before logging in. - Make scenario email and LINE templates searchable by name
Even when there are many registered templates, you can now narrow down and select candidates by template name. - Make the number of columns in recommendation emails for smartphones selectable
We have made it possible to choose between a 1-column or 2-column layout for the Shopify recommendation block on smartphones. - Improve status display and action pathways on the campaign details screen
We have organized the transmission status clearly and made it easier to check available actions at that point, such as cancellation. - Add confirmation to the delivery settings for unconsented marketing customers
When enabling delivery to unauthorized customers, we added a warning to re-confirm the target and delivery intent, and improved the system so it cannot be enabled solely by accidental operation.
Bug fixes and stability improvements
- Improved the stability of exporting large volumes of customer CSVs
Fixed an issue where the process could freeze when dealing with a large number of target customers in a segment. CSV headers are now also output in accordance with the display language of the screen. - Fix the calculation of email and LINE open rates and click-through rates.
Fixed an issue where open and click rates in lists and details could exceed 100%, such as when the same broadcast was opened or clicked across multiple days. - Standardize the date and time display on the screen according to the locale and time zone
We have improved campaigns and other screens so that date and time are displayed consistently according to the user's settings. - Enable checking for failed email and LINE message transmissions in the scenario execution history
We have made it possible to determine the failed channel, count, and reason from the execution history when messages were not actually sent due to message format errors or similar issues. - Other minor bug fixes and stability improvements
Improved pre-save validation for LINE Flex Message, test sending of price drop notification templates, input validation for delivery time restrictions, and stability of delivery completion status updates.
