July 13, 2026 Regular Release Announcement

A regular release of StoreCRM is scheduled for Monday, July 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM. 
In this release, we will be making improvements and bug fixes related to campaign creation, LINE distribution, scenario execution, segments, settings screens, Shopify integration, and favorite/restock notifications.

Feature additions and improvements

  • Improve processing speed for scenario display and aggregation.
    We have improved processes that tend to take time due to large data volumes, such as scenario execution, scenario list display, and reorder notification aggregation.
  • Improve the LINE and email integration flow for new customer accounts.
    We have reduced the number of screen transitions when linking LINE or email from your customer account, allowing for a smoother integration process.
  • Organize the input, agreement, and reservation steps for the new registration tutorial
      We've organized the required inputs and agreement items for initial setup to make it easier to proceed. We've also improved the pre-filled entry for the contact person's email address.
  • Expand the available conditions for customer segments
      We've made it possible to select registration status in the restock registration segment and also to use easyPoints rank conditions.
  • Improve customer CSV output by segment
    We've made it possible to output the same items in the customer CSV by segment as in the customer list CSV.
  • Add a caution display for scenario execution conditions
      We've added precautions for using Shopify segments as conditions, making pre-delivery checks easier.
  • Improve bulk sending speed for LINE campaigns
      We reviewed the processing during LINE campaign distribution and improved it for faster sending.
  • Add header support to improve email delivery rates.
    We have added an unsubscribe header to emails during distribution, which is a measure that leads to improved email deliverability.
  • Minor improvements to UI, etc.

Bug fixes and stability improvements

  • Fix for back-in-stock registration segment count bug
      Fixed an issue where existing customers who registered for restock notifications while not logged in were not counted correctly on segments.
  • Standardize product ID processing for favorites and restock notifications
      We have unified the handling of product and variation IDs used for favorites and restock notifications, improving the stability of registration and display.
  • Fix the toggle for the favorite button
      Fixed an issue where the favorite button sometimes did not switch to the registered appearance.
  • Improve the description of the restock notification setting
      I've added descriptions to the settings related to duplicate submissions to make them easier to understand.
  • Fix currency display for product sales
      Made corrections to ensure correct currency display for sales by product and CSV output when using the dollar currency.
  • Fix customer creation when re-registering after Shopify account cancellation
    We have made a modification so that after canceling your membership on Shopify, you can re-register with the same email address and be treated as a new customer.
  • Fix the display when saving birthday metadata as blank
      We have implemented functionality so that if the birthday metafield is left blank/deleted on the Shopify side, the birthday information in StoreCRM will also be reflected as blank.
  • Fix LINE OIDC setting required check
      Fixed an issue where required fields like Callback URL/Logout URL could be saved even when left blank.
  • Improve the judgment of the "X days after the last order date" scenario.
      We reviewed the judgment considering order cancellations and improved target user extraction and processing performance.
  • Other minor bug fixes and system optimizations
      We have improved the stability of distribution, Shopify synchronization, report aggregation, and customer information synchronization.
